Africa's Growing Marketplace

Connecting buyers and sellers across Africa with trust, speed, and great deals.

Our Story

Zmafrdeal was founded with a simple mission: make quality products accessible to everyone across Africa. We started with a handful of local sellers and have grown into a thriving marketplace connecting thousands of buyers and verified sellers — from Nairobi to Accra, Lagos, Freetown and beyond.

Our Mission

To empower African entrepreneurs and delight African shoppers — by building the most trusted, most convenient, and most affordable marketplace on the continent. Every feature we build, every seller we approve, every deal we offer is in service of that mission.

Our Values

Trust first. Every seller is manually verified. Every product is screened. We take full responsibility for the experience on our platform — and we stand behind every order with buyer protection.

Africa built, Africa proud. Zmafrdeal is built for Africa. We celebrate African businesses, African products, and African ingenuity.

Everything you need to sell

Your complete guide to building a successful store on Zmafrdeal.

Getting Started

Go to sellers.html and tap "Start Selling". Fill in your business name, contact number, ID number, and the type of products you sell. Our team verifies your application within 24 hours and sends you a WhatsApp confirmation.

Listing Products

Great listings sell more. Here's how:
• Use clear, bright photos — 4–6 images per product
• Write an honest, detailed description including size, material, and condition
• Set a competitive price — check similar products first
• Choose the right category so buyers find you
• Set accurate stock levels to avoid overselling

Managing Orders

When an order comes in, you receive a WhatsApp alert instantly.
• Confirm within 12 hours or it may be auto-cancelled
• Pack carefully — damaged goods hurt your rating
• Dispatch promptly within your stated processing time
• Update status in your seller dashboard when shipped

Fees & Payouts

Platform fee: 10% on each completed sale only.
No registration fee. No monthly subscription. No listing fee.

Earnings are credited to your seller wallet after the buyer confirms delivery. You can request a payout to your mobile money or bank account at any time — minimum withdrawal is SLL 50,000.

Growing Your Store

• Run flash sales to boost visibility — heavily promoted by Zmafrdeal
• Respond to buyer messages within 1 hour for a better response score
• Encourage satisfied buyers to leave reviews
• Keep stock levels updated to maintain listing ranking
• Offer free shipping on orders above SLL 200,000 to attract more buyers

Seller Rules & Suspension

To keep your store active:
• Maintain a seller rating above 3.0 stars
• Fulfil at least 90% of orders without cancellation
• Never list counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited products
• Resolve buyer disputes within 48 hours

Repeated violations lead to listing removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.
