Can I order via WhatsApp?▾
Yes! Open any product and tap "Shop Now". On the order form, tap the green WhatsApp button. Fill in your details and tap "Send Order on WhatsApp" — your full order goes directly to our team who will confirm it.
Can I order multiple products at once?▾
Currently, each order is for one product at a time. If you want multiple items, place separate orders or message us on WhatsApp — we can handle a combined order manually and may offer a discount!
Can I change my order after placing it?▾
Yes, but only before your order is confirmed or shipped. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp with your order number and the change you need. Once an order is shipped, we can no longer modify it.

How long does delivery take?▾
Delivery times depend on your location:
Lusaka: 1–3 business days Copperbelt (Ndola, Kitwe): 2–4 business days Other provinces: 3–7 business days
We'll call or WhatsApp you once your order is dispatched.
Do you deliver nationwide?▾
Yes! We deliver to all major cities and towns across Zambia including Lusaka, Ndola, Kitwe, Livingstone, Kabwe, Chipata, Solwezi, Kasama, and surrounding areas. If you're unsure about your area, message us on WhatsApp.
Is there a delivery fee?▾
Delivery fees vary by product and location. The fee is shown clearly on the product page and in your order summary before you confirm. Some products qualify for free delivery — look for the "Free Delivery" tag.
How do I track my delivery?▾
Go to the menu → My Orders and enter the phone number you used when ordering. You'll see live status updates: Pending → Confirmed → Shipped → Delivered. You can also WhatsApp us with your order number for a manual update.

What payment methods do you accept?▾

📱 Mobile Money — Airtel Money, MTN Mobile Money, Zamtel Kwacha 💵 Pay After Delivery — Cash when your order arrives
We do not currently accept bank transfers or credit/debit cards.
Is "Pay After Delivery" available everywhere?▾
Pay After Delivery is available in most areas we deliver to. If it's not available in your location, our team will let you know and offer Mobile Money as an alternative. We never take payment without your agreement.
When do I pay for Mobile Money orders?▾
After placing your order, our team will confirm it and send you the Mobile Money payment details via WhatsApp. Please complete payment within 24 hours to secure your order. Your order will be dispatched once payment is confirmed.
Returns & Problems
What if I receive a wrong or damaged item?▾
We sincerely apologise if this happens. Please WhatsApp us on +260 769 341 336 within 24 hours of receiving your order and include a photo of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately — no hassle, no arguments.
Can I cancel my order?▾
Yes — cancellations are accepted before your order is shipped. WhatsApp us as soon as possible with your order number. Once the order is dispatched and on its way, we can no longer cancel it.
How long does a refund take?▾
Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days once we confirm the issue. Mobile Money refunds typically arrive within 24 hours. We'll notify you via WhatsApp once your refund is sent.
